 My computer pops out a window, says "Error: could not locate INF file 'C:\Windows\INF\msmsgs.inf'. And the MSN system is still in my computer, when I try to uninstall it, it says "Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explore\BrowserHelperObjects\{7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8O5E23E045}. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support persornel."

No, unfortunatly it didn't help me.
It's a Windows Vista laptop with a HP printer, Windows updated full + installed Windows Live.
Windows Messenger Live + HP are conflicting now, de-installing doesn't work. XML Parsing is corrupt, Windows Live is corrupt, AVG Anti virus
scanner doesn't work propperly after the Windows Live installation.
Next week I will re-install the whole computer, including Windows Live and all the Windows updates, but without installing the HP printer.

 It didn't worked in here. The program stayed opened for almost whole afternoon in 'working now' state without going forward. Maybe it's something with my system though.Thanks anyway.
Remove from my XP login Ok but when I opened another login it was still there. Removed from every login but as soon as anyone uses it again it appears in all logins.

Not what I expected I wanted to be able to monitor all types of chats over the lan from one computer. I was not able to get NetChatSpy to work at all. I downloaded and installed MING Chat Monitor and it did exactly what I wanted it to do and was very easy to install.
